*This price does not include the time necessary to qualify for a commercial license. All time building flights will be charged at the rate of the aircraft.
Commercial Single Engine Add On
This program is designed for pilots who already have their Commercial Multi-Engine license. This program costs an average of $4,000 which includes:

This program has a block rate discount for applicants who go through the group class. The block rate is $3,250 which includes

Applicants who do not go through the class will be billed at the normal rate per hour.

Time and costs associated with this program will vary between applicants. Generally, you can expect to spend about $4,000 which includes:

All prices are purely estimation based upon course minimums for completion. Pricing is variable based upon which aircraft is used for training as well as student proficiency. We charge a rate of $50/hr for instruction, both flight and ground. We have a no show/cancellation fee of $60. These estimations do not include costs for any knowledge test fees or checkride fees.
